Forever Friends Wedding

Hi there, this is a really quick post to say that I will probably need time to recover from going up and down the M25 this weekend on a few occasions. On Friday we left at 1pm, should have arrived around 3pm as it is normally a 2 hour journey, we did not get to our destination until 6pm. The M25 was a nightmare, junctions had been closed off, accidents, etc.  Then near by where we had to be the North Circular Road was jammed due to roadworks.  Tomorrow I will be up at 5am, wont be back until nearly midnight, then I will have to go to work Monday. My boss did not give me a holiday because we have new starters in our department. However they are only there for half a day - I could have had the afternoon off! Never mind. She will have to work with a very tired grumpy Sarpreet.

Therefore I am sorry however I will catch up on your blogs and docrafts gallery next week. I will probably have no new posts until next week.

Earlier this week from WOYWW I showed you my current projects, which was a more of a work in progress. Here is a card I have made for this weekend using the Forever Friends Triple Disc. The papers I had printed and idea I had, did not work out, so I ended up with this card. However I have plans for that beautiful Butterfly paper you saw on my desk.
Products used:
Forever Friends Digital Designer Triple Disc
Peel off Stickers
Permanent Markers

What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday

Time sure flies again, and it is again What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday. I have made a few wedding cards, however the weddings are in the future and I can not show you those cards until we have passed the date. However I can show you the card I have sort of started for this weekend. I have printed the paper and decoupage from my Forever Friends Disc. And just ready for me to stick together! However who knows when I will get there!

Also you can see that popping up behind the CD, is Crafters Companion. This is the new SWALK stamps on my desk. They will have to be in front on my eyes for me to play!

Scroll down for my second post today with regards to Funky Hands DT Call cards. Would love your opinions on the cards I have chosen

Clare Curds Inspirational Challenge

Over at docrafts, Clare is hosting her weeklly challenge. This week is the return of the photo challenge. Here is the photo.
From this picture, I liked the grey against the blue. This reminded me of summer, a pavement against the sky. So here is the card I came up with.
I just love the new range from Penny Black, Betsy Bluebell and her friends. Will show you the cards I have made with this range soon, i promise. This is  a wooden stamp called 'Easy Rider'. I hope you like the card. The pavement was created by using a scoreboard and scoring diagonal lines, and then sanding it. Using pigment ink and cosmetic sponge I created the sky effect.

Penny Black Easy Rider
Penny Black Teddy and Company
Penny Black Critter Party
