Penny Black Monday Week 23

Hi there, another late post from me. I have felt so sleepy all day even though I have been sleeping well. Recently I have found that if I wake up by myself in the morning, I am wide awake and alert. However, if I am woken by the alarm clock - then I am light headed, and tired all day. So tomorrow I hope that I wake up by myself. Or maybe I should have one early night so that I have one long good night sleep!

Before I show todays card, I am super excited about the new release from Penny Black for London 2012 collection. They have arrived at the glitterpot, I am so tempted and naughty me gave in to temptation.

On to todays card which I would like to show you using Teddy and Company Stamp set.

Clare Curds Inspirational Challenge

Over at docrafts, Clare is hosting her weeklly challenge. This week is the return of the photo challenge. Here is the photo.
From this picture, I liked the grey against the blue. This reminded me of summer, a pavement against the sky. So here is the card I came up with.
I just love the new range from Penny Black, Betsy Bluebell and her friends. Will show you the cards I have made with this range soon, i promise. This is  a wooden stamp called 'Easy Rider'. I hope you like the card. The pavement was created by using a scoreboard and scoring diagonal lines, and then sanding it. Using pigment ink and cosmetic sponge I created the sky effect.
