Docrafts Online Creativity - Talent Spot

I assume that this is safe to mention now. I am aware that all my local docrafts stockists have had the magazine for at least over a week, and that all the new products were delivered on Friday.

Therefore I would like to share my good news. I am in the current issue of docrafts magazine on Page 44 as part of Talent Spot. To say that I was ecstatic is an understatement, I was jumping for Joy. It was truly a pleasure and an honour to be asked to contribute to a magazine I always purchase and use their products of which I truly love. I am always spending so much of my money on! I am a bad girl! It was such a huge compliment to be considered as talented by someone who is always inspiring me in so many ways and is continuing to do so. Thank you Clare, it gave me a taste of what it would be really like. I enjoyed making the cards.

I would love to contribute to the magazine again.

Whoops! Just realised, now everyone knows what I look like! nooo....

Stampin Chic's Be Chic Challenge

I originally attempted to use the colours of pink, green and orange for the colour create challenge. However, i made many versions of this card, with all sorts of combinations of all which i didnt like. Its a good job i dont stick things down, until i am happy with them! So it was taken apart so many times. Until i finally got here with this card and decided to enter it for this weeks Be Chic's Challenge at:

http://sketchandstashchallenge.blogspot.com/

Here is my pink card, it is a very neglected stamp in fact all of my forever friends stamps are and until i just made a christmas card, i realised i havent used my glitz it glitter glues in a while, so they have been neglected to! So i will join in as many forever friends challenges as possible!

Here is my entry for this week, another pink card.

Forever Friends - Bunch of Daises
Glitz it glue
Paper flowers (papermania)
pink coordinations cardstock
pink satin ribbon

Forever Friends Challenge - Stitching

I love participating in these challenges, i think i will do this more often as it will give me the opportunity to use many of my Forever Friends Stamps which have not yet saw ink! Last week silly me forgot that the Forever Friends Challenge changes every Monday, with all these challenge blogs i am coming across, i really forgot. The blog is here:
So the half card i had finished for last weeks challenge, was adapted a little to include real stitching around the cute santa. A friend sent me the stamped image, thank you. These stamps are new and can only be bought from http://www.glitterpot.co.uk/

I stamped and embossed the text Joy all over the red and green card. I added punched circles around the image. Added the die cut greeting onto and voila! Added glitz it glue to the white bits of santas outfit. Isnt he adorable?
As well, this card has been made using all scraps of card i had left over. My tip, is that i have been putting my box full of scrap ends in front of me, before reaching for new papers and cards. This way i have been using my scraps up!

Products used:
Naughty & Nice - Merry Christmas Stamp Set
Watermark Ink Pad
Holographic Powder
Red & Green cardstock
Needle and Red thread
Pokey Tool
Circle Punch
Die cut tag from Winters Tale paper pack.
Glitz it Glue
Watermark Brush Markers
Gold Mirror Card

Another Card for Shaunna

I did this card for Shaunna personally from me. She has already had this card, will have to create another for her real leaving date! lol. It will have to be another pink card. Not sure what i will do for this card.

I used stamp addicts stamp - thin lines, travels of india, and pink coordinations cardstock and blending blocks - Shades of Rose, mini glitz it glues.
