Clare's Colour Block Challenge

I am not sure I quiet understand this challenge, but on viewing the beautiful cards from the design team, it appears to be mainly using one colour. So here is my take on this challenge.

I used the grooves on my guillotine, to score the card. Using Clare's Doodle Stamp Set, i stamped the flower branch onto the black card. I then added a strip of monochrome paper from CCSR Big 1 Paper, and added this onto the middle of the card.

I created the above scene in the white square using the butterfly and the flower branch. I added Silver glitter, and cut on one of the greetings from the CCSR Paper and added this onto the card. I hope you like, and i hope this card suits this challenge.
Products used:
CCSR Big 1 Paper
CCSR Doodle Stamp Set
White Pigment Ink
White Embossing Powder
Guillotine (for the grooves)
Embossing Tool
Coordinations Cardstock
Glitz it Glue

Fab card Sarpreet, striking colour scheme! There's a link to a Scrapjazz.com article that explains what colour blocking is on the Stamping Chic blog. I have to say, I hadn't heard about it myself until today.
