ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry for your loss. Only someone who has lost a very close family member herself can fully understand what you must be going through now. I am glad you were able to make her your first priority in the last weeks and months of her life, so she was not left alone in her suffering. That was all you could do for her. "If only" thoughts are probably still going through your mind, but as a praying person, you will know in your heart that despite all medical efforts, ultimately our ends are not in our hands. This will take time to accept. But you have come across as such a positive minded person that I think you will be able to overcome this very sad experience in a good way. My thoughts are with you.
