Hi folks, it certainly has been far too long since I have taken part in WOYWW and played along with Julia. . I hope I just remember to post the link and not just make the post.
As you can see whilst I still have my christmas crafty stash out, (although my production line of card making is a lot slower, it is still going,) I am still determined to use my christmas stash up especially the papers. I really bought far too many this year!
On the right, there is some pepper christmas cards waiting to be joined up and on the left there is the new peepo characters from Erica Martyn. This is one of her new digi images and is currently a the freebie on her blog, which you can find by clicking here. If you download the image, or make a card using it do leave a comment on her blog - Erica would love to see your work. Still deciding on the card - i think i may get rid of the black card and replace it with a light blue card to give it a softer look and some buttons maybe. What do you think?
Do not forget to pop over to Julias blog, even for just a nose.
EDIT: Thank you to the folks who let me know my link was not working. I did add in a link to my blog. But I do not know why recently, it takes three or four attempts before I can get my link to work. Oh well, i hope others realise. Sorry to have been a pain. I got up early to get nearer the top of the list! Never mind, teaches me to check in the future!
Did you realise you had the wrong link - I just went to Julia's blog when I clicked on your name. Thanks for sharing your desk - and I think you are right about the pale blue and some buttons. Cheers!

I am glad it is not just me having trouble linking in at the moment. I tried in the early hours of the morning and failed miserably - nothing worked. Still we all seem to have made it in the end. You have some lovely images to work with on your desk. I have two boxes of Christmas stuff to use up, and that is before I start demolishing this year's cards.
ReplyDeleteFab desk. Looks like your cards are very nice. I think Mr. Linky is the one at fault, as that's happened to me as well. Thanks for stopping by my desk and Happy WOYWW! #15
ReplyDeleteI'm still in Christmas mode too, as long as there's snow on the ground I'll make Christmas cards!!

starting Xmas now and working a bit each month means no rush in Dec 2011 of course that's the theory.
ReplyDeleteWelcome back! Love the cards - I like the way you do all the layering before you commit - very patient and considered! And don't worry about links -we find you anyway!!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe Christmas already. Wish my desk looked that clean... Mine...you can't even see it for the clutter. LOL
ReplyDeleteI'm liking your blue papers on the card on the left, they look brill together.
ReplyDeleteToo many papers? nah, there's no such thing!!
Oh my, still working on Christmas cards! You made great ones by the way and the blue will work just fine! Patsy from

Love the cards. I need to start now maybe I will have them ready by the end of the year
ReplyDeleteIt took a time but I found you..wondered why you kept going back to Julia's...mind you I've done it! A REALLY tidy desk, I don't think mine's ever been that tidy! I'm still using a lot of my Christmas stash I bought for half price in the sales. Luckily most of the colours go with anything.
